Services provided within A&J include the following:

• Frame Design
From your own drawings or even a sketch, our frame designers and engineers will create a detailed drawing specifically for you, in any, size you want from this stage you can change and adjust it adding features like Hydro-forming and special tubings, before final approval and then a sample.

• Full and detailed specifications
Our Spec team will build your bike into a working spec to fits your needs – working with the sales department who will detail your requirement the spec team will make sure the parts used are compatible, up to date and can pass EU standard. After specs are submitted, there are plenty of chances to review and change as required.

• Painting in every technique and colour finish
We offer the full range of colours in all the special finishes, our state of the art painting plants ensure a perfect colour match and consistency, we clear coat everything and usually the decal is under the clear coat as well giving a superior and very high end finish. We can also CUSTOM match any colour you may require and provide sample colour tubes with and without decals fitted.

• Full Logistical services
We offer the full trading company service including shipment of parts from Taiwan and China, sourcing, negotiating, testing, Quality control, after-market packaging and POS material printing and preparation. We have over 50 staff in our Trading office in Taiwan, ready willing and able to offer you all you could need from a Trading partner.

•Internal travel
Want to visit us in Taiwan, or Cambodia ,Vietnam even China? We have extensive facilities and people in all 4 countries and can help with visa advice, invitation letters, hotels, flights, airport and hotel pick up’s and escorted factory visits these things are our pleasure and are all part of the service.

•Post production Bicycle storage
We have built a large additional warehouse attached to our Factory specifically to offer on site storage of up top 15,000 complete bikes, we don’t charge for storage or handling we just ask for payment of the goods, then you can store them for 4 months and draw them as you need them your fast moving ‘Buffer stock’ lines can be easily stored and delivered to your door within 4 weeks.

•Testing
In 2007 we have invested heavily in testing machines and have built a ‘purpose built’ Laboratory to conduct our own safety and EN testing, whilst not fully accredited we can offer our own certification with test reports to the new CEN standards. All our machines are brand new, state of the art’ computer controlled machines, operated by trained QC staff.
